I would be lying if I said that I did an awesome job with the first two weeks of my new lifestyle was easy. I ran into many road blocks this past week and fell into some bad eating habits again. I'm going to keep working at these changes though. I found out last week that I am, for some unknown reason, able to go to the Wellness Center on campus for free. Normally I would have to pay $50 for the rest of the summer, but now I know that I don't need to spend that money!
I have been tracking my food intake with an app on my iPhone and it seems to be helping! I have found that it is really difficult to get on an eating schedule because of my inconsistent work schedule. I think that once school starts I will be able to get into more of a routine, but I'm still going to keep trying for the rest of the summer!
I am a little disappointed in myself right now, but I will definitely keep trying!
